Surviving the Holidays grief session set for Dec. 15

Posted

Griever’s Journey will sponsor an afternoon session to help people through the holidays after experiencing the life changing loss of a loved one.

The holiday event, “Surviving the Holidays”, is scheduled at 1 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 15.

Pre-registration is essential because seating and supplies are limited.

Michele Hasley, director of Griever’s Journey, LLC and a trained facilitator, said the event features video instruction, leadership guidance and sharing to help grievers cope with the intense pain of losing a loved one during the Christmas season and beyond.

“With this holiday program, you can begin to find comfort and resolution through this wonderful group process…in a safe, helpful and supportive environment providing assistance to help you navigate the difficult and sometimes overwhelming challenges of the holidays,” Hasley said.

She can be contacted at on about this one day event or similar sessions for the next 13 weeks at 480-313-6814.
