Seven years ago my husband Gary and I moved to Denver to be with our daughters and families. During the seven years we lived in Colorado, we searched for a place like Fountain Hills. I can tell you, as most of you already know, it does not exist. This town is unique for its beauty, cleanliness, safety and the wonderful sense of community.
We are very grateful to all the citizens of Fountain Hills for not only keeping the town as beautiful as when we moved away but actually improving its aesthetic appeal.
The additions on the Avenue of the Fountains center boulevard have made it even more of a pleasure to walk down and enjoy. Several additions to the Fountain Park, including the music area, Desert Botanical Garden and many new trees have created an even more delightful experience there.
We are so glad to be able to return to our “happy place,” and sincerely thank all the citizens, volunteers, city officials and first responders who have kept it that way. The people here are the friendliest, most responsible and most generous in the world!
