Boys & Girls Club begins judo class

The Boys & Girls Club McKee Branch has partnered with Coach Decker Judo to offer martial arts classes to local youngsters.

Interested participants should visit sports.bgcs.org to register. Classes will be held Thursday nights from Jan. 18 through May 10. Classes run from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The cost to participate is $150, which includes a uniform gi, or $120 if you already have one.

Children may take part in their first class at no charge in order to make sure it’s something they want to commit to. For more details, or to inquire about taking part in a free lesson, write to Scott Decker at azfreestylejudo@gmail.com.
