Fountain Hills: Sheriff's call log

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation in Fountain Hills reported deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, Dec. 21, through Wednesday, Dec. 27.

Friday, Dec. 22

*Deputies responded to the 13000 block of La Montana Drive where a subject was cited and released for trespassing at a town building.

*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Laser Drive where it was reported that unknown subject/s took a water line back flow preventer from a commercial building.

Saturday, Dec. 23

*Deputies made a traffic stop at La Montana Drive and Palisades Boulevard when a motorist failed to maintain their lane. A DUI investigation was initiated, and the driver was issued a criminal citation for DUI.

*A resident of the 16000 block of Sawik Cir. reported a domestic violence assault.

*Deputies responded to the 9000 block of Four Peaks Way where it was reported that a known subject assaulted the complainant at a house party.

*A resident of the 15000 block of Jericho Drive reported that an unknown suspect sent threatening messages to them.

Tuesday, Dec. 26

*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Boulevard at Arista Lane. A driver was stopped for criminal speed traveling 75 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation and released.

*Deputies responded to the area of El Lago Boulevard and Crystal Hills Drive where it was reported that an unknown suspect removed a saguaro cactus from a desert area.

*A resident of the 15000 block of Sundown Drive reported that an unknown suspect defrauded them out of personal identification information.

Wednesday, Dec. 27

*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Boulevard at Arista Ln. where a motorist was stopped traveling 78 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation and released.
