For centuries, world leaders have been moving us in the direction of a unification of the world based on secular values. It is only in recent times that this movement has been given names such as New World Order or One World Government. With this secular movement has come the elimination and destruction of traditional, moral and especially spiritual values.

One does not have to look far today to find a situation where these values are being trampled on by a government, special interest group, etc. In fact, in many cases, we need look no further than the church, and the acceptance of secular values that are in direct contradiction with our Bible.

This is apostasy church, and God warns us so that we may guard against it. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 tells us there will be a falling away, followed by the revelation of the Antichrist. I wonder, as Christians, if apostasy has become so common-place that we do not even recognize the path for the arrival of the Antichrist is already being laid right before our eyes in many churches today.

I challenge you as brothers and sisters in Christ to step back and take a closer look. Do not be afraid to investigate whether the church you attend can stand up to the measuring rod of truth that God has given us in His Word.
