We are fortunate to have a young, intelligent candidate running for the Town Council. Tait Elkie is a practicing attorney in Fountain Hills who generously donates his free time to many volunteer organizations.

Rarely is there an issue of The Times that doesn't chronicle one of his volunteer activities.

Tait served in the Marines and participated in the first Gulf War in 1991 as well as Operation Restore Hope in Somalia in 1993. He reached the level of sergeant before his discharge.

He is currently a member of the VFW Post No. 7507 and the American Legion Post No. 58 in Fountain Hills.

Young, smart, energetic – Tait is a decided plus for our town and will significantly impact the town’s growth and development when he is elected.
