From last Friday’s Arizona Republic, it appears that many teachers are dissatisfied with how the districts are making [Proposition 123] payouts. Wasn’t the issue for monies for specific purposes? How did it turn out that the districts can handle the “windfall” any way they wish? No one has called to ask my opinion as to how the monies should be used. How about you?

Also, it was my understanding that last fall the Fountain Hills would hold soap box racing. What happened with that possibility?
