1. Marijuana advertising will be allowed on billboards, newspapers, television, magazines and radio.

2. Permits unlimited marijuana stores in the future. In Denver, there are now more pot shops than Starbucks and McDonald’s combined.

3. Allows for the sale and use of marijuana-laced food and candy like gummy bears, cookies, candies and sodas. Legalization in Colorado has led to a spike in emergency room visits for young children who’ve ingested these products.

4. No “cash cow” for schools. Tax money generated will not be enough to buy a single textbook for every child in AZ.

5. Creates a marijuana monopoly. Medical marijuana dispensary owners are the only ones to get retail sales licenses in year one.

6. Allows marijuana delivery like pizza delivery in the year 2020.

7. Unlike Colorado, cities and towns cannot ban marijuana.The Fountain Hills Town Council would not be allowed to ban a retail marijuana store.

8. Makes our roads more dangerous and protects stoned drivers. Traffic fatalities from marijuana are up 62 percent in states where there is legalization.

9. Medical marijuana does not go away. People can still get medical marijuana cards for qualifying medical conditions.

10. It’s voter protected. Prop 205 cannot be changed by the governor or legislature if passed, even if there are significant problems with it.
