In response to the growing strain on caregivers, three Fountain Hills volunteers have launched a Caregiver Support Hub aimed at providing education, resources and emotional support for both family and professional caregivers.
A Life Journey Partners of America, Inc. project, the Caregiver Support Hub is located at 13225 N. Verde River Drive, Suite 101, near the Chamber of Commerce. The mission is simple but vital: empower caregivers to care for themselves while addressing gaps in support for the people they care for.
Dr. Karen Willfahrt, a licensed naturopathic physician and founder of Life Journey Partners of America, Inc.; Christine Daryll Leonor, a licensed caregiver and owner of Prestige In-Home Care Services LLC; and Crystal Sanchez-Griffiths, CEO and founder of Advocate Partners of Arizona will collaborate to facilitate the space.
