One of several issues facing voters during the upcoming mid-term election is the education system in Arizona. Teachers are underpaid, class sizes are too large and buildings and classrooms are deteriorating because of lack of enough funding for maintenance. Many of our education dollars are being diverted to unaudited private and charter schools that are profiting at the expense of our children.

Daria Lohman is now seeking a seat in the Arizona Senate so she can effectively work for a solution to these problems.

Lohman served our country in the U.S. Army for six years, including a tour in Vietnam. She has a B.S. degree in physics and math and Lohman had 33 years’ experience in cybersecurity engineering before retiring in 2015.

Daria Lohman has the experience, the drive and the ability to fight for full funding for our K-12 public education system, as well as an accounting of how our tax dollars are being spent on non-traditional education programs.
