I was very surprised to read that our mayor is the reason for the abomination (Chinese festival). When Tempe did not want it, she came up immediately with “Fountain Hills wants it.”
Ever think about asking the tax-paying residents what kind of events they want? And how often we want the Fountain path closed to us?
Now I understand that this abomination will return in December. Nice going, Linda.

With all of our beautiful Christmas decorations on Avenue of the Fountains and the very many residents who decorate their properties, we can add junk to our town.
How about Chinese junk in the lake? I imagine that will be next. Tempe is smart. We should be also.
