Kevin Snipes with the Parks Department is the best! He’s very helpful, patient, attentive and seems to care not only about the parks but also about the residents of the parks.

Sunday evening a large dog collapsed at the Desert Vista Dog Park. We had hoped to be able to drive a vehicle into the park to load the dog into it. The large gate was closed so I called Kevin and he not only answered, he immediately offered to have one of the staff come unlock the gate. In the past I have reported water leaks and other issues at the park. Kevin is always kind, responsive, and takes immediate action.
