Addiction support group forms
Posted
Businessman Larry Webster, owner of Roof King, has formed a free men’s, faith-based addiction group that meets weekly at 6 p.m., Thursdays.
Webster said the first meeting of the 12-step recovery group, Chain Breakers, was March 21.
The group is open to all men struggling with any type of addiction. The one-hour meeting will be held at 17225 E. Shea Blvd., A109.
Webster said addiction support is lacking in the community although a need exists.
He has lived in Arizona since 1976. He holds a master’s degree in Christian Ministries from Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. He previously served as a pastor in Scottsdale.
