As a homeowner who owns property overlooking Eagle Ridge and just down the street from the Adero Canyon proposed development, I am greatly concerned.
Sure, I believe in progress, yet it needs to be managed and done properly. Many of us in the area are researching the issue to gather as much information as possible, yet many questions remain.
For example, is there only one access road past CopperWynd resort (Eagle Ridge) leading to the site?

Once construction starts, the area will be a mess for years, heavy traffic, pollution, etc. This totally defeats the reasoning for living in the area, one of the most beautiful in Arizona.
And what type of home will be built, custom, tract, etc.? Also, doesn’t MCO have investment or dealings in the area already that did not meet its intentions, the mayor’s involvement, etc.?
Be assured they will all be invited to many HOA meetings in the direct area soon to discuss.
