No doubt Fountain Hills has supported our students. We still have an outstanding debt that needs to be paid back with interest on a 2014 bond.
The question is not, “do we support?” The correct critical question we need to ask ourselves is “do we support wisely?”
The present $25 million bond before the electorate is unwise for several reasons and simply piles on more inflation. Haven’t we had enough inflation? Plausible platitudes offered by those in favor of the $25 million bond issue cannot and will not pay for ever-increasing inflationary costs. Remember, ever-inflationary costs eventually build a “doom loop.”

Be wise and vote an emphatic no in the Nov. 7 special election.
