Alan Conner, 95, passed away on July 9, 2018. Alan was born on August 11, 1922 in Thief River Falls, Minn. He is survived by his five children, Dale (Carol), Chris (Pat), Susan (Pradipta), Kathleen, and Julie (Gary); 10 grand-children, Scott, Mark, Kelly, Arun, Surry, Andrea, Devi, Michaela, Brook and Chloe; and six great grand-children, Chase, Kaylee, Kane, Benjamin, Nathaniel, and Julia. He lived with his beloved wife, Dorothy for over 30 years in their home in Fountain Hills.
Alan loved to play tennis, hike and enjoy the great outdoors when possible. He served his country in the US Air Force where he was a lieutenant and pilot. He flew the B-25 Mitchell. He was definitely part of the Greatest Generation and he gave much to his country and his family. He will be missed tremendously.

Services will be held at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church on Saturday, Aug. 4, at 11 a.m.
