When we first moved to Arizona, my wife and I were encouraged to move to Fountain Hills by Cecil Yates. We lived in town for several years and now I do business in Fountain Hills. In fact, as a realtor, I do business in several municipalities around the Valley.

As many of you know, the right conditions, location, housing type, schools, etc. are all needed to sell a home to prospective buyers. One of the most unique selling features for Fountain Hills is Cecil Yates. He is a tremendous ambassador for the town. He keeps me informed on all the neat events, projects and other things to do in town.

My wife is an OBGYN doctor within the Banner medical group, so we needed to move closer to the hospital, but Cecil made a great case for staying. Now that I sell homes in town, Cecil is the icing on the cake with information about how great a town Fountain Hills is to live in. He represents the town extremely well.

I sometimes call Cecil during a showing for updated information; prospective buyers love the fact that their elected officials are pretty easy to get a hold of. Cecil is running for mayor of Fountain Hills. I can think of no other person – given his unique public and private sector background, not to mention his love for the community – that would be a better mayor than Cecil Yates.
