I am a Dutch painter who came to the USA last year to introduce my work. Like fellow Dutchmen before me – Willem de Kooning and Piet Mondrian, who made their everlasting impressions in America, I fully intend to travel down the same path.
I lived in the UK for 40 years and since the late 1970s, I made tremendous headway there with my work and left there last year to spread my artistic wings in the USA, where one of my forefathers settled 120 years ago – also as an artist.

My works have been externalized in the form of postage stamps, countless magazine and newspaper articles, BBC TV news and through other forms on British television. My works have been exhibited in the UK, Holland, France, Finland, Malta and Venice. I have already had several shows in Scottsdale, Reno and Palm Springs. I was recently involved in the Peoria library for the 'Children's Art Program' in the art of neoplasticism and the same to veterans at the 'American Healing Arts Foundation' at the Arizona Fine Art Expo, which I will repeat next year.
Please do not hesitate to contact me for further information. Much more information and images of my work can be found on Google, Wikepedia and www.1pilgrimstudio.com
