Angelo Grifo

Angelo Grifo passed away peacefully on Oct. 24, 2015.

Angelo was a beloved husband, father, grandfather and terrific friend. He was born in Italy where he learned to be a barber, which became his career for the next 75 years. Angelo was cutting hair up until two years ago. His clients loved him.

He married Sylvia, the love of his life, on July 4, 1959. They had two sons, Tom and Carl, who married and gave them four beautiful grandchildren. Angelo was always surrounded by his family and friends.

He loved to travel, and more than anything else, he enjoyed his wife’s company.

A visitation will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Messinger Fountain Hills Mortuary, 12065 N. Saguaro Blvd.

Funeral Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct 29, at St. Bernard of Clairvaux, 10755 N. 124th St., Scottsdale. Entombment to follow at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale.
