Thanks to the full-page ad in The Times by the supporters of Daybreak, I received some answers to my questions. I wondered if there would be a secondary exit onto Shea. The answer is no. After seeing the building proposal where all construction is being done on 20 acres, my math comes out to 20 units per acre instead of 6.7 units.

I can't believe that, down the road, they would not want to build on the other 40 acres. Something to think about. I did and will vote no.
