Are town leaders in Fountain Hills thinking this through?

OPINION – Like many people, when I decide to relocate, I try to rate prospective locations ahead of time. I do some “homework.”  I seek resources to better understand any community I'm thinking about.  Resources like:

*Asking a reputable realtor about property values.

*Checking school district ratings and performance.
