The Fountain Hills Art League is preparing for the 2017 Tour d’Artistes, a three-day, self-guided tour of local artists’ studios and art sale from March 3-5. The deadline for artist registration for the event is fast approaching.

“We would like to invite local artists to consider joining us in exhibiting their work in our tour this year,” said event co-chair Elaine Tarr.

Registration is $50.00 if you serve on a committee to help with the tour tasks. This registration fee deadline is Oct. 3, 2016. There is a late registration fee of $100.00, due Nov. 7, if you do not work on a committee.

There is a Tour planning meeting Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Pub at Fountain View Village for everyone planning to join a committee. Committee assignments will be finalized at this planning meeting.

The tour is open to all Fountain Hills Art League artists. The next Art League meeting is 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 3 at the Community Center.

“We welcome artists to attend the meeting and learn more about the Art League and the tour,” Tarr added.
