Arizona State University’s Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and the Fountain Hills Community Center are collaborating in offering enrichment opportunities to learn, explore and grow.
Osher courses are led by ASU instructors, professors, industry experts and scholars who bring knowledge, experience and curiosity to every class, according to a press release.
The first presentation, Travel & Pop Culture: Places Featured in your Favorite Movies and TV Shows, will be held from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 11 at the Fountain Hills Community Center at 13001 N La Montana. Instructor Dan Fellner, a longtime ASU facility associate, travel writer and journalism instructor, will lead the first presentation taking participants to places around the world where some of the most iconic movies and TV series were filmed.
