Ave. of the Fountains

Being new to Fountain Hills, I don’t know if the topic of either striping Avenue of the Fountains as two lanes or posting signs that it is one lane has been discussed. I know that some drivers use the road as two lanes, some go on either side and some go in the middle.

Many stop at the intersection where there is no stop sign, as well as stop along the way as they can’t determine where to drive.

So help me out here; what is the proper way to drive Avenue of the Fountains?
