AZCO Landscaping owner on taking over business from father, plans for expansion beyond Fountain Hills

Carter Hill is just 25 years old, but for the last year, he’s been a young businessowner.

His father, Kristian, passed on AZCO Landscaping to him about a year ago to pursue work elsewhere. Kristian had owned the business for sevent years, and had spent three of those years prepping Carter to eventually take his place.

Now that he’s in charge, Carter is looking to continue the work his father was known for — high-quality landscaping and maintaining strong customer relationships.
