Balloon glow

Hot air balloons will begin inflating at 6 p.m. for the Balloon Glow event on Saturday, Dec. 29, in Fountain Park before the official program from 7 to 9 p.m., said organizer Phyliss Kern. Visitors are invited out early to enjoy the set-up process for getting the balloons positioned and ready for the show.

During the event, disc jockey Steve Grosz will play recorded music while Fountain Hills Water & Ice will serve hot cocoa and kettle corn. The food cart will also sell some items.
