I am grateful to have called Fountain Hills home for over 20 years. My husband and I raised our child right here, where she attended Fountain Hills Unified School District since kindergarten.

The negative campaign signs on Shea paint our town in a bad light, as evidenced by many folks from neighboring towns who drive through Fountain Hills mentioning these negative signs.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to volunteer and participate in our community in a number of ways. Through these activities, I have met many uplifting and positive people who have dedicated their time, energy and much more to our town.

Neighbors, please join me in voting for three people who have contributed to our town in positive ways:  Mayor Ginny Dickey, Town Councilmember Peggy McMahon and candidate for Town Council Clayton Corey.

For more information about them, their accomplishments and visions, please check out their websites ginnydickeyformayor.com, KeepPeggymcmahon.com and clayoncorey.com.

Reader reactions, pro or con, are welcomed at AzOpinions@iniusa.org.
