Bashas’ shopping center under new ownership

First National Realty acquires Fountain Hills Plaza

Fountain Hills Plaza has recently been acquired by the national private equity commercial real estate firm First National Realty Partners (FNRP).

The 111,284-square-foot shopping center is currently at 90% occupancy and anchored by Bashas’, an affiliate of Raley’s Supermarket, with adjacent retailers including Paul’s Ace Hardware, Sun Devil Auto, AutoZone, H&R Block, Verizon Wireless and Great Clips.

FNRP Chief Investment Officer Mike Hazinski says Fountain Hills Plaza offered a unique investment opportunity, adding that a medical or a fitness center could complement the existing trade makeup of the plaza.
