On Saturday, Nov. 22, the Falcon basketball team is set to provide a dynamic interactive session on developing a “High Performance Mindset” for local players. The event is set to run from 10 to 11 a.m.
The Falcons were able to secure internationally known Scott Peltin, Chief Performance Officer/Co-Founder of Tignum, a company devoted to engineering sustainable high human performance.
The goal of the session is to educate and provide tools/strategies in this arena as a valuable asset for their sports career and successful endeavors they choose later on in life. This educational opportunity is geared at helping athletes deal with the competitive demands placed on them both in academics and athletics.

Members of the community can get involved, too. The local team has also decided to donate food to a charity for the Thanksgiving holiday, and asks community members to bring their favorite canned goods to donate when visiting the presentation.
