I know that August is usually a time when Congressmen come home and go out on town hall visits around their districts.
I think it will be very interesting to see how they go this year, with immigration stirring so much passion on both sides. I do hope that our own Congressman David Schweikert listens to his voters’ voices on this and keeps an open mind.
I truly believe that Arizona is more affected by this immigration reform bill than any other state in the country, and that having both of our Senators help draft proposed legislation shows how important this is to our state.

I for one support immigration reform, because it is time to solve both the illegal immigration in this country as well as the confusing and complicated work visa program.
But I am only one opinion, and I know there are many who disagree with me. I just hope that Congressman Schweikert listens to all of us and makes an informed decision, whatever that may be!
