I have been doing business with Cecil Yates over the last five years, and let me tell you something about that guy. He is the most honest, ethical, compassionate and helpful businessman I have had the pleasure of working with.

He seeks solutions, not problems. He sees opportunities, not obstacles. When you need help, he is there with a hand. If you have a problem or issue, he will work with you to the best of his ability to help and come up with an answer. When I needed a job, Cecil was there to help recommend and refer positions available. When I was hurt, he understood and worked with me to maintain my residence.

He has always made himself available to talk and discuss just about anything. His only agenda has always been a good quality of life for everyone. Reach out to him, talk with him. He is very approachable and down to earth. I fully support Cecil. He would not only be a good mayor – he will be a great mayor. Fountain Hills will be best served to elect Cecil Yates as their next Mayor.
