The Brotherhood of Congregation Beth Hagivot held a breakfast auction at the Sunset Kiwanis Activity Center recently.
Some 45 members, spouses and guests enjoyed a meal consisting of bagels, lox, pastry, fresh fruit, juice and coffee prepared by members of the club.
The auction featured 56 items donated by local businesses and professionals, including such items as golf packages, hotel accommodations, Phillips Sonic Toothbrush and a variety of unique photography.

Beth Hagivot hosts auction

The Brotherhood of Congregation Beth Hagivot held a breakfast auction at the Sunset Kiwanis Activity Center recently.
Some 45 members, spouses and guests enjoyed a meal consisting of bagels, lox, pastry, fresh fruit, juice and coffee prepared by members of the club.
The auction featured 56 items donated by local businesses and professionals, including such items as golf packages, hotel accommodations, Phillips Sonic Toothbrush and a variety of unique photography.
All 56 items were sold and the proceeds will support the congregation and the Brotherhood`s charitable work. The event was coordinated by co-Presidents Sandy Borken and Bob Slobin, with help from brotherhood members who collected items for the auction. .
