With all the controversy concerning teachers and the local School Board, things are getting out of control.

There are always two sides, possibly three sides, to every situation, and those of us who were not involved cannot possibly know all the facts. The news has taken what they have learned and ran with it, right or wrong.

The gossip mongers in town have continued spreading their views as “the truth.” We are letting these rumors and half-truths make up our minds.

I have heard of an evil slam campaign against Karl Gaardsmoe that is being sent around. I for one am glad Karl is on our School Board and am happy that he wants to continue, even though his character is being slammed.

He has been an asset to the School Board, all you have to do is look at the minutes of the meetings held. Please join me and re-elect Karl on the School Board.

With the way the world is today, I would think we could all work together to make our town and schools a better and safer place for all of us to live in.
