We vote no until we get a much better plan for funding. As a native of Massachusetts, I discovered every tax is a vehicle in motion. An abundance of lump-sum tax money encourages corruption or frivolous spending for programs like the proposed lagoon.
I favor bonds directed for road improvement. I would like a special emergency fund to be established.
How do we attract businesses, corporations, young families with a stockpile of taxes? How do we help lower income families survive? Vote no until we get a much better plan. Aggressively market our empty stores, buildings, real estate and cultural activities. Focus on education, quality teachers and traffic safety. Thank you.
