Betty Jane Poteet

Betty Jane Poteet, 89 of Phoenix, Arizona, formerly of Fountain Hills, Arizona went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 7, 2025. Betty was born August 7, 1935 in Saint Louis, Missouri to Geoff and Helen Clark. In 1954 she married Johnny Merle Poteet who preceded her in death in 1989. She is survived by her daughters Bonnie Jean Shelton (Alan) and Patricia Ann Galindo (Ralph), eight grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, her brother Richard Owen Clark (Linda) and many nieces and nephews. Betty developed many friendships over the years through her passion for hiking and traveling. As she traveled through life, she shared her love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ with all that would listen. We are very grateful for the loving care she was given by the staff at Fellowship Square Phoenix where she resided for the last couple of years.
