Big donation for Fountain Hills high school sports

Annual golf event was a success

Posted

Following its 26th annual golf event at the Talking Stick O’odham Golf Course in Scottsdale, the Fountain Hills-based T&T Construction company donated $10,000 to help Fountain Hills High School athletics this year.

T&T donated to a small group of local programs, including indoor and beach volleyball, wrestling and more.

“Getting donations like these keep our programs afloat and operating year to year, helping with tournament fees and new uniforms,” said wrestling head coach Luke Salzman. “It helps to give the kids the best experience during their high school sports careers.

“T&T has been doing this tournament to help our athletes for 26 years, basically as long as the school has been around.”

Together with the annual generosity of the golfers, their dedication to supporting Fountain Hills High School athletics has helped raise a total of $194,130.
