The Town of Fountain Hills and Noon Kiwanis are having the fourth of five blood drives scheduled for this coming Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. at the Community Center.
Normally we have good donor responses but, occasionally, August is our toughest drive. Unfortunately, it is also when the blood supply is extremely low. For this drive we have a goal of 110, but only 78 appointments have been made so far.
If you would consider donating, please call Paul Appeldorn at 480-836-8213 or Dr. Liz Smith at 480-837-2600 or 480-206-4785 to make an appointment. If you prefer to walk in the best time is usually between 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. either Friday or Saturday.
