The developers of the assisted living facility currently under construction on Avenue of the Fountains are appealing the zoning administrator's interpretation that the facility's zoning classification is as a residential land use.
The applicant apparently felt that the town's interpretation was in error and appealed to the Board of Adjustment. The Town Council earlier this summer approved new zoning for the site and grading is currently under way for the Morningstar Assisted Care Facility.
