Roy Jones Jr. Boxing and Iron Boy Promotions are pulling no punches with “Battle of the Unknown,” an evening of boxing entertainment featuring world-class fighters in a variety of weight classes being hosted out of the We-Ko-Pa Resort and Conference Center on Saturday, Aug. 15, beginning at 7 p.m.

The main card and title fight for the evening will feature middleweight champion Louis “The Unknown” Rose, who currently sits at 12-2-1 with four knockouts. He’ll be defending the Junior NABF middleweight title against Andrew “Hurricane” Hernandez of Phoenix, currently carrying a record of 9-1-1 with one knockout.

Rose upset Montenegro frontrunner Milorad Zizic on March 13 in the same ring, granting him the biggest professional victory of his career and catapulting him into the WBC rankings.

Hernandez, also known as “The fighting pride of Phoenix,” will carry a home court advantage into the ring on Aug. 15 during a “no quarter asked, no quarter given” warrior-style match.

For those interested in checking out the fight, We-Ko-Pa is offering a special “Battle of the Unknown” package for $89 that includes a deluxe standard guest room and $10 slot play for new Fortune Club members and $5 play for existing members. The same package, including two general admission tickets, is $129.
