Broomhead, whose appearance at this annual event has become tradition, is one of the fastest growing names in talk radio. He has been listed among the top 200 top show hosts in the country and has often been called in to substitute for other prominent conservative hosts such as Glenn Beck. He has appeared on Fox News' "Bill O'Reilly Show" and also has a weekly TV show on AZ7 Saturdays at 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Broomhead calls himself a person “bringing common sense to the public debate.” He often states that “life isn't about right vs left; it's about right vs wrong.” He has emerged as one of Arizona's most desired speakers with lots of stories to tell.
The Republican Club also will continue the tradition of collecting new, unwrapped toys for the Toys for Tots program at the party.
