Bryan Virgil Cady Jr. left us on Feb. 27, 2014. He was born in Ogden, Utah on May 20, 1933. Preceding him in death were his parents, Bryan V. Cady Sr. and Frances Marocchi; and sister, Marjorie Walker.
After high school, he served in the U.S. Army in the Korean Conflict. Upon return from active duty, he went on to Utah State University and obtained his master’s degree in economics and business. He enjoyed a successful career in banking, computers and education.
Bryan married Joanne Taggart 61 years ago. They were blessed with three children; Cynthia Lynn White (John), Clayton V. Cady (Kim), Susie Waldrom (Geoffrey), 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He lived large – loved adventure, river running, exploring, skiing, tennis, motorcycles and his family.
Services will be Friday, March 7, at 10 a.m. at Messinger Mortuary, 12065 Saguaro Blvd., Fountain Hills, with military honors to follow at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, at 1:30 p.m.
