Calvary Chapel Fountain Hills, led by Pastor Rick Ponzo and Cheryl Ponzo, recently sponsored an Indoor Summer Picnic for the members of the Fountain Hills Community Center Wednesday, Aug. 14.

The event welcomed approximately 100 attendees, a press release said.

The picnic was also attended by two distinguished guests, “Colonel Bill Sanders” (Bill Haughey) and “Nick Chicken” (Nick Maniscalco), who added to the festivities.

The Fountain Hills Community Center expressed its gratitude to Calvary Chapel for its sponsorship and the effort put into creating the event.

“The warmth and hospitality of the chapel’s team made the event truly special, and our members are already looking forward to future gatherings,” the release read.
