Chester, recently graduated from Arizona State University, where he majored in communications and minored in media analysis. He was a former member of Arizona State’s student-run news organization, State Press.

“I’m very excited to join the team and will work hard for the company,” Chester said. “I will continue to improve my skillsets to ensure I am the best employee that I can be and provide top-notch stories for the viewers to enjoy.”

According to Publisher Brent Cruikshank, Chester is already up and running and ready to get out into the local schools to share stories about students, teachers, young athletes and more.

“We’re happy to welcome Chester to the team,” Cruikshank said. “He’ll be spotlighting our local schools and athletes, and that’s news we’ve always enjoyed sharing with our readers.”
