Campaign logo was much ado about nothing in Fountain Hills

OPINION — On the April 29 opinion page, Gregg Dudash held forth with an impassioned but misguided defense of the town's trademark fountain image at the expense of what I assume is his preferred mayoral candidate's opponent.
He asserted the trademark was violated by council member and non-ROT, independent mayoral candidate Brenda Kalivianakis. The perceived offense is that campaign material depicted her name with the vertical portion of a letter K drawn as if it's streaming from atop a fountain base. In fact, her ad appears just below his published letter.
