The Fountain Hills Republican Club once again hosted candidates for the upcoming elections in Arizona at their March meeting.
Members met at 9 a.m. on March 21 at the Fountain Hills Community Center, according to a press release.
Speaking at the event was Arizona Secretary of State candidate Gina Swoboda. Swoboda served as the chairwoman for the Arizona Republican Party from 2024 to 2026 and worked in the Arizona Secretary of State’s office under Katie Hobbs prior to her election as governor in 2022. Swoboda’s platform is based around election reform through rewriting the Election Procedure Manual that was previously rewritten by current Secretary of State Adrian Fontes.
