Census figures show Fountain Hills population remains fairly steady

Stalled growth in big Arizona cities

While many cities around the Valley have seen a decline in population from the 2020 U.S. Cenus Bureau, Fountain Hills has remained fairly  steady.

According to the data, Fountain Hills has seen a  slight decline from  23,820 to 23,625  -- a  0.8% decrease, or roughly 200 people -- accomandied with a  negative 1% annual growth. 

While the Census for 2025 are estimates, the website also cites  studies contain sampling errors.
