As requested in Charles Vascellaro’s recent letter, I am writing to add my note of concern regarding the proposed lagoon. Please do not move forward with this idea!
There are too many ongoing and future challenges and concerns facing our community requiring careful, well-planned and necessary use of revenue, which always seems to be a problem. I foresee ongoing problems if this lagoon becomes an unfortunate reality which include noise, continual litter removal, upset to nearby residents, parking problems, water pollution and, in general, ongoing distress to our residents who love our beautiful town.
Please allow our voices to be heard in a resounding “no” vote!
