Pastel tuxedos, sequin jumpsuits and Farrah Fawcett hair are the look for this year’s Studio 74-themed Fountain Hills Chamber Gala Awards (CGA) that honors the local business community and nonprofits with a few new additions to the event.
Celebrating its 50th anniversary, the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce decided to change the title of the Teacher of the Year award to Educator of the Year.
The change allows the award to encompass all school staff including volunteers, support staff and others, says Chamber President Betsy LaVoie.
