There was a time when children and adults respected those persons of authority. What’s happening is disgusting and shows how demoralized this country has become.

Instead of stopping for a possible traffic violation, many take off, thereby putting other persons or property at risk. Once stopped, they take of running and, when finally apprehended, won’t listen to commands and are belligerent; not wanting to face consequences and only making matters worse for themselves.

All the while, the officer has now idea if the person they are pursuing has a gun, jeopardizing his life at any moment. Luckily, we have dedicated people willing to take those risks.

Politicians in Washington are not getting much done and are holding out for the best offer by lobbyists instead of studying the bills they are presented and doing what is right for Americans, which is their job. The problem is that it’s getting worse.

Justice Department head Eric Holder, while in office, fined many banks and corporations for whatever reason for millions or billions of dollars. Citizens never questioned what happened to that money, which should have been used against the 20 trillion dollar debt owed by the country.

Yet Eric Holder gave institutions lower fines if placed in his special fund. Holder approved “Fast and Furious,” where a U.S. agent was killed. Plus, unknown thousands are using those guns that are still in Mexican drug lords’ possession.

Holder sued any state wanting voter I.D. laws yet covered up voter intimidation by the New Black Panthers. With Holder being the top law enforcer, he was allowed to break laws. This shows escalating unaccountability that has been ongoing for decades at the highest levels of government, yet citizens are oblivious.

Drastic changes nationwide are needed.
