I understand that Cecil Yates is running for mayor of our town, and I wanted to add my opinion of why I will not be voting for him.

In past business experiences with him, I have found him to be of questionable character. If he is not a man of his word through business, I believe that lets me know his character. I realize that people can change, however, more times than not, the rooster comes back home to roost.
